Staying with my family, including my son's family, was truly memorable. We loved the easy access to spacious terraces with breathtaking views and the Chikipark for the kids to enjoy. The spa and pool facilities were a perfect way to relax after skiing.

The pub on-site brought a fun atmosphere after a long day of skiing with a great selection of drinks. limited communication about the shuttle service caused inconvenience. The staff seemed unfriendly at times, particularly in the bar, which made the experience less enjoyable. the hotel is further from Canillo than expected, making a car or e-bike essential for easy access. Despite these issues, I appreciated the attention to service in the dining area, especially from Marielle, who was attentive to our dining needs. The hotel could use more clarity regarding amenities included in our package, especially concerning spa access, which was incorrectly communicated initially.
